Andrew Gentilli
Andrew has been performing improv for 10 years, he now teaches around the world. Outside of Music Box, Andrew plays in two-prov team BEINGS with Susan Harrison, Theatresports team Story Kitchen, as well as founding short-form group The Inflatables and Storybag, specialising in long-form plays.
Greg Birks
After graduating from LAMDA, Greg appeared in two runs of the long-running comedy show NewsRevue, playing characters from Donald Trump to Jeremy Hunt. Alongside Music Box, his improvising credits include: Newsical, Dreamweaver Quartet and Will Shakespeare’s ImproMusical.
Rachel Lyons
Rachel has been a regular performer on the UK comedy circuit since 2005. Whether as a stand-up, improviser or sketch performer, Rachel has appeared in comedy clubs big and small, festivals and theatres. Rachel also has 12 years experience as a personal development and leadership trainer and is passionate about using improv as an impactful training tool.
Rory Vierya
Rory trained at Drama Studio London where he started improvising. Since then he performed in multiple roles on stage and screen including a brief time on Downton Abbey. His improv experience includes Acaprov, Will Shakespeare’s Impro Musical and Story Kitchen’s Theatresports. He also regular teaches with Hoopla Improv.
Lisa Lynn
After graduating with a First Class Honours in Musical Theatre in 2009, Lisa has been performing in musicals, theatre and on screen for the last decade. She has been improvising since 2016 and is a core member of Music Box and Multiverse; founder of Acaprov; and a regular guest with The Inflatables.
Lewis
Harrison-Barker
An improviser or over 10 years, Lewis studied Acting at Aberystwyth. He has featured in national advert campaigns for McDonald’s and the National Music Awards. He made his professional West-End debut aged 8, in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at the Dominion Theatre. He currently teaches at the University of Hertfordshire.
Octavia Gilmore
Octavia trained at ArtsEd and works as an actor, writer and director. She has toured extensively with Butterfly Theatre playing roles such as Helena in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ and Gwendolen in ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’. She makes comedy sketches with Yellow Stockings and when she is not musicboxing she improvises with Impromptu Shakespeare & Multiverse.
Ben
Tailor-Hamblin
Ben Tailor-Hamblin ran Bath University Theatre Society, where he developed a flare for acting and directing. Since then he has become a member of the London Improv scene and has been a member of Do Not Adjust Your Stage, Newsprov on LBC radio and the Lemonade Brigade.
Tom Hodge
Tom has been an improv musician for almost ten years. When he’s not busy working as an engineer he’s taking to stages and workshop spaces around the UK (and occasionally overseas). He’s had the pleasure of performing with improv legends such as Susan Messing, Mike McShane and Colin Mochrie, as well as a growing list of enterprising and established groups.
